Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting business landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026+ vision and organizational goals
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype future-focused products and services
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight findings into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
