Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks

- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Architect decentralized systems compliant with 2026 global regulatory frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies accordingly
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI architectures
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing government grants for advanced research projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented technologies impacting 1M+ users
