- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through patent development and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with academic partners at MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents or major grants
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
