Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products in quantum computing, AI, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong network with venture capitalists and R&D institutions

- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
