Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
- Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks for future tech initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven business initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology publications preferred
