Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-integrated sustainable systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in human-machine interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite investors and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotechnology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
