Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (Web4, Neuro-interfaces, Climate Tech)
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in executive leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global market expansion
