Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation pathways
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation pipeline management
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record developing long-term (5+ year) tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or advanced robotics
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM) a plus
