Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
