- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating next-gen technologies into product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Monitor competitive landscapes and identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
