Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Drive ethical AI and sustainable tech integration across all product lines
- Manage innovation portfolio with $25M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams and executive levels
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) strongly desired
