Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the core technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced systems, ensuring long-term scalability and performance.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for long-term infrastructure projects.
- Drive the digital transformation initiatives required to meet 2026 business objectives.
- Establish partnerships with external vendors and technology partners for 2026 integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on scalability.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with emerging technologies, AI integration, and quantum-ready infrastructure planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
