Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Product Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Architect robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in line with global standards.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion Models) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI deployments in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
