Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) to identify market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and industry trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technological insights into strategic business initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure strategic compliance and competitive positioning
- Present future technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions (portfolio of published forecasts preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or innovation management preferred
