Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify acquisition opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech summits
- Secure patents and IP for proprietary 2026-adjacent technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Deep network with DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
