Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Pioneer Emerging Technologies: Research and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate viable solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and investors, ensuring buy-in for bold initiatives.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Audit current systems and recommend architectural upgrades necessary to support future scalability and security demands.
- Innovation Labs: Mentor a team of future technologists and drive internal hackathons focused on the Class of 2026 themes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, technical strategy, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and define long-term product and technology strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
