Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
- Measure and report on strategic KPIs using advanced analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing organizational change
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management required
