Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our core AI platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a team of high-performing engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Deep Learning to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) development and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning.
