Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Protocol, ensuring scalability, security, and high-performance processing.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize large language models and neural networks for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring in a cloud-native environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Integration: Integrate AI components into existing enterprise ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems is essential.
- 2026 Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with next-gen AI protocols, neural network optimization techniques, and quantum-ready architectures is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
