- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026 market landscapes
- Analyze global tech trends to inform R&D priorities and patent strategies
- Present futuristic technology concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author quarterly tech disruption reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
