Responsibilities

- Secure $10M+ in annual R&D funding through data-driven innovation proposals
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon for collaborative research
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through executive workshops and white papers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts to advise on tech resilience strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- US security clearance or ability to obtain one
