Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive experiences
- Partner with product teams to translate technological capabilities into market opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies including AI regulation and quantum security
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards for 2026
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Track record of launching technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience with international tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in systems architecture for distributed quantum-AI hybrid systems
