- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching products that shaped industry standards
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology implications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
