Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network in DARPA, IARPA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
