Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging scientific trends and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive R&D investments in quantum-resistant cryptography and synthetic biology
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
