Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with 18-24 month development cycles
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic technology proposals to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
