Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with societal shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-disciplinary initiatives merging quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Partner with VCs and governments to shape tech policy and innovation ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and international policy boards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or product development with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global impact (>1M users)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising governments on technology policy and digital transformation
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology ecosystem transformations
