Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 innovation ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology impacts
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT Sloan or Stanford
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or similar)
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or EU Horizon Europe program directors
