Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy at tech/biotech/energy firms
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Gartner FxT)
- Experience with scenario planning for global systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
