Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Drive research in quantum neural networks and error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI system integration
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Secure government and private sector research grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmap strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (Nature/Science/IEEE journals preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design methodologies
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to prototype
