Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies with global competitive analysis
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for 2026 market leadership
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Partner with governments on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, or synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
