Qualifications

- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management/Engineering preferred
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks
- Exceptional data analytics and strategic forecasting abilities
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D teams
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
