Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 product ecosystem, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing readiness, and sustainable tech stacks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud architectures ensuring zero downtime.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and security audits to safeguard our data assets against future threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices to accelerate deployment cycles and enhance system reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data engineering, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a passion for mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
