Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models optimized for production environments and high traffic.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms targeting 2026 benchmarks in reasoning and generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using edge computing techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model monitoring within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
