Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, blockchain adoption, and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices across all projects
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technology ethics or future trends
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
