Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning experience
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) or Futures Research
