Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and incubation programs for internal startups
- Monitor global tech policy trends and their impact on future implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/space)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
