Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their strategic implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience in high-growth technology sectors or Fortune 500 companies
