Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for 2026 implementation.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and executives to align technical strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
