Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Quantum Readiness, to drive product innovation.
- Oversee the architectural transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof cloud infrastructures.
- Identify market trends and competitive threats, providing strategic recommendations to the executive board.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-performance delivery.
- Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology transformations and defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices patterns.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological trends and their business implications.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
