Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical strategies and roadmaps to align with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models to improve accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
