Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and produce quarterly white papers for executive leadership.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with emerging 2026-era tech startups.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to prototype future-facing products before market saturation.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of experimentation and risk-taking across engineering and product teams.
- Resource Allocation: Advise the C-suite on budget allocation for long-term technological infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy or Future Tech.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLMs, Computer Vision, and the potential of Quantum computing for business applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical initiatives.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies based on rapid market changes.
