Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap focused on innovations expected to mature by 2026.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Architect scalable solutions that integrate futuristic tech stacks into our existing enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or R&D departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends up to 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
