Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and generative model deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- System Optimization: Enhance existing systems to meet the rigorous demands of real-time AI inference and large-scale data processing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and product managers.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate the most efficient solutions for our product suite.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to industry standards for data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical visions to non-technical audiences.
