Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype 2026-era technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional squads in executing 3-year innovation roadmaps
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with academic partners on future-forward research
- Secure patents and IP for breakthrough innovations
- Present vision to C-suite and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in our incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D or emerging tech leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience securing $1M+ in venture funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Global network in Silicon Valley and Shenzhen tech ecosystems
