As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll architect scalable quantum processors, develop error-correction protocols, and lead breakthrough research in quantum algorithms. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for 1000+ qubit systems
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era communication networks
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum research initiatives
- Document quantum system specifications and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced cryptography
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware architecture
- Experience leading complex R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
