Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect and validate next-gen prototypes in quantum cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-human symbiosis systems
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for experimental projects
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 multidisciplinary innovators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough technologies (3+ products with >$100M ARR)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or brain-computer interfaces
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong Python/Julia programming skills and cloud architecture knowledge
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
