- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with disruptive potential for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, neurotech) and commercialization pathways
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or services from concept to market leadership
