Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on quantum-AI integration and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite to develop 5-year innovation strategy and secure $10M+ annual funding
- Manage portfolio of 15+ R&D projects from prototype to commercialization
- Build and lead high-performing teams of 8-12 engineers and data scientists
- Drive patent development (target: 20+ filings annually) and IP commercialization
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech consortiums
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architecture, and sustainable tech
- Experience leading teams of 10+ with $5M+ budgets in fast-paced environments
- Published research in Nature/Science with 15+ peer-reviewed publications
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted patents) and industry recognition (e.g., IEEE Fellow)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with Fortune 500 executives and VCs
