Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade workloads and complex data streams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks, to inform product decisions.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product management to define features that leverage future-ready capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on strategic technology initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architecture to future challenges.
